We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18, and this service is not directed at children.
Data protection law requires us to have a lawful basis for each use of your information. Ours are set out below.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether our interests are outweighed by your rights, and concluded that they are not. You can ask us for details of that assessment.
Providing identity information is a statutory requirement. If you do not provide it we cannot act for you, because we would be unable to meet our obligations under the money laundering rules.
We will only send you marketing emails if you have specifically asked us to, by ticking the relevant box when you book a call or get in touch. That box is never ticked in advance, and booking a call does not sign you up.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we sent before you withdrew it, and it will not stop us contacting you about a service you have asked us to carry out.
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary, and only with the following.

Where we have described a category of provider rather than naming a company, it is because that supplier may change. Email us and we will tell you exactly who we are using at the time you ask.
Some of the providers listed above are based in the United States or store information there. Where information leaves the UK, we rely on one of the safeguards permitted by UK data protection law: either the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum approved by the Information Commissioner.
You can ask us for a copy of the safeguard that applies to any particular transfer.

We review what we hold once a year and delete anything we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your information sooner than the periods above, and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
We use reputable providers, access our accounts with strong passwords and two factor authentication, restrict access to client files to those who need it, and store identity documents securely rather than in ordinary email folders. No system is completely secure, but we take these steps seriously and review them.
